The charming villa, built, in the early of 1900, on two levels, recently restored, is included in the comfortable area "Due Golfi of Capri” surrounded by lush greenery of the island, reachable within a few minutes' walk from the “Piazzetta”. Excellently exposed and with large terraces boasts a splendid view overlooking the center of Capri, Sorrento’s peninsula, the port for up to Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples.
The villa is very bright and airy, with an  important decor and good taste, with antique furniture and valuable furnishings. The dining room opens with a door-window on the terrace where you can dine outdoors or simply spend the time relaxing enjoying the wonderful view.

Ground floor: living room with sofas, fireplace and piano, dining room with a table for 6 people with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, 1 bedroom with bath and shower.

First floor: 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms with shower. Outside 1 master bedroom with bath and shower. All rooms have access to the terrace.

The outside: at the ground floor the wide terrace is furnished with sofas, chairs, beds and tables made of wrought iron and marble with chairs for 16 people offers the opportunity to eat outside. Upstairs the wide terrace with a view decorated with small sofas and armchairs surrounding the entire plan.
